Normally, it takes 48 hours to receive the response after making inquiry. If there is no lawyers available to reply, customer is notified thereof.

Yes, at the first time, customer must only ask a question. But at the second time after the first inquiry, customer can upload the file in asking a further legal inquiry.

It is $5 per inquiry question. When customer wants to view the answer from attorney or our platform, click to view and pay $5.

To save question and answer or file uploaded is $5 per each.

Q&A or file is saved on the Blockchain permanently. Customer can retrieve the Q&A or file afterward, using password or pass cord given.
